James Saulez - President & CEO

James has over 25 years of experience in business transformation as a software developer, project manager, systems architect, data scientist, strategic consultant, CIO and COO. He has worked in USA, South Africa and Europe within financial services, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, distribution and software. In 2014, he made Hawaii his home where he brings a wealth of transformation knowledge, strategy and leadership to the Koa Process team.

Marc Gallow - Senior Project Manager 

Marc brings an accomplished consulting background and extensive project management experience to client partnerships. He has led and advised transformation teams in strategic planning, operations management, process re-engineering, BPO (business process outsourcing), financial analysis and forecasting, team training and organizational development, and mergers & acquisitions. Marc earned his BSBA degree in Business Economics and an MBA in Organization Change and Development from Hawai’i Pacific University.

David Mark - Senior Project Manager

David brings a diverse background in marketing and business development leadership covering a wide array of industries including hospitality, retail, and transportation. He specializes in breaking down silos for more collaborative work environments, updating sales and marketing funnels to utilize the latest experiential and digital channels, and increasing ROI through advertising and customer acquisition cost savings. David's degrees in Advertising and Public Relations combine with 2+ decades of technology integrations to help companies define structure and enhance innovation.

Jake McCool -  Project Manager 

Jake specializes in working with businesses to develop digital transformation strategies for process improvement. His expertise include cloud software implementations and integrations, custom application design, and data analytics. His prominent projects include work in residential and commercial services and renewable energy adoption. Jake is a graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Shidler College of Business.
